RSJ CD-Writer for Windows 95/98/ME
Using the RSJ CD Writer you can write files and programs under Windows 95 to CD-ROM - whether for backup, information filing or creating multimedia titles.
The RSJ CD Writer file system offers you a whole variety of advantages compared with conventional mastering-programs:
- RSJ CD Writer - as a 32-bit-file system - is fully integrated in the Windows 95 environment.
- The CDs are being written in the same way as diskettes or fixed disks. This has the advantage that all Windows 95 programs that are designed to work with files - like the Windows 95 Explorer - can also work with the CD Recorder. So commands like COPY, XCOPY or LABEL can be used on the CDs as well.
- Additional fixed disk space for temporary storage is not needed.
- Unattended operation, i.e. fully automatic operation, possible.
- During daily operation the CD Recorder can be used like a normal CDROM.
- Can be used with all SCSI host adapters compatible with Windows 95 and the Recorder
- Since version 1.27 RSJ CD Writer for Windows features an API for external applications (write your own application using RSJ CD Writer functionality!).
- You can query Audio CD titles using the freedb service and print your own CD covers
- MP3 files can be written on Audio CDs
- Data-DVD creation possible
Morever, using the RSJ CD Writer you can also process and create Multisession-CDs. Likewise, the program offers the possibility to burn audio tracks onto CDs. And the CDs can be "sealed", that means furnished with a write protection.
CD-RW's can be erased (in a CD-RW drive).
